At Seagate, you’re eligible for most benefits if you are a regular employee working at least 24 hours a week. These include:

Several programs require you to work only 20 hours a week for eligibility. These include:

  • Flexible Time Off (for exempt employees)
  • Paid Vacation (for non-exempt employees)

Finally, you are immediately eligible for some programs that require no minimum hours of work each week. These include:

  • 401(k) (if you are at least 18 years old)
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Employee Discounts
  • Legal Plan
  • Student Loan Consolidation 

Interning with Seagate?

You are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage, the Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and Discounts.

Eligible Dependents

For medical, dental and vision coverage, your eligible dependents include:

  • Your lawful spouse
  • Your qualified domestic partner
  • Dependent child(ren) from birth to the child’s 26th birthday, regardless of marital, tax, employment or student status
  • Dependent child(ren) over age 26, if they are incapable of self-sustaining employment due to mental or physical disability, unmarried and primarily depend on you for support and maintenance
